He asked all the Congregations and Districts within the Presbytery to submit report on their non-formal education activities every quarter.

Touching on the Department of Ecumenical and Social relations, the Presbytery Chairperson encouraged all districts in the presbytery to organize programmes to recognize Christian Chiefs and Queen Mothers in the various congregations while sensitizing their members to the need to be tolerant to people of other religious faiths in their communities.
