FIVE YR OLD BEHEADED


 The police in Ashanti regional have arrested two men suspected to have beheaded a five-year old boy, Silas Kunsana at Ampabame in Kumasi. 

The suspects are Vikuniba Joe Zoot, 21 and Kozel Borama, 25. 

Briefing the media in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional Police Commander, CoP Ken Yeboah, explained that at about 7 pm last Wednesday March 7, the police had information that Zoot and Borama, both from Tongo in the Upper East region, had approached Sheikh Alhaji Mohammed Maaye, a spiritualist at Suame to sell human parts to him. 

COP Yeboah said the spiritualist feigned interest and agreed to pay an amount of two thousand, 500 Ghana Cedis to for the human parts.

 According to the Regional Police Commander, the spiritualist later informed the police of the matter and the police immediately followed it up to the residence of the spiritualist at Suame Zongo and arrested the suspects with the fresh human head concealed in a black polythene bag.

 COP Yeboah indicated that the suspects led the police to retrieve the headless body of the boy at the outskirt of in an uncompleted building at Ampabame.

 He disclosed that the Police   noticed that both hands of the deceased had been cut off. 

Meanwhile, the body and severed parts have been deposited at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Morgue for autopsy.
