DR. NDUOM ENDS ASHANTI CAMPAIGN TOUR

The Flagbearer of the Progressive People’s Party, Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom has urged Ghanaians to ignore the empty promises of his opponents and vote for the one who doesn’t promise but delivers.

Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom said while some of his opponents are making promises, he has already established banks in all 216 districts in the country.

He made this declaration while addressing party faithful at Ejisu, Manhyia North and Nhyiaeso constituencies in the Ashanti Region as part of his campaign tour.

Dr. Nduom called on Ghanaians to ignore both the National Democratic Congress party and New Patriotic Party and rather vote PPP for massive development in the economy.

He said PPP will ensure quality health care, road construction, education and proper sanitation system for Ghanaians when voted into power come December 7.

Dr. Nduom said with Obuasi been one of the communities in Ghana that produces gold, he promised to construct a gold refinery there.

With the gold refinery in place, he said Ghanaians would be able to add value to the raw materials extracted, adding that this will create employment thereby reducing illegal mining activities on the part of the youth.

Dr. Ndoum said PPP is prepared to make education free from the kindergarten to the Senior High School level to assist school going age children to have access to quality education.

He added that the money to fund the various initiatives can easily be generated internally through prudent management of resources and placing priorities right.

According to the Dr Nduom, PPP is made up of the best men and women determined to govern the country with a sense of urgency and commitment.

He used the opportunity to introduce the party’s parliamentary candidates to the electorate and urged Ghanaians to vote for them in the pending elections.

They are Isaac Prah for the Ejisu constituency, Betrin Amponsah Britwum for Manhyia North and Kofi Debrah Afrifa for Nhyiaeso.
