HOMOSEXUALITY AGAINST GOD'S ORDER-CAC CHAIRMAN

The leadership of the Christ Apostolic Church of Ghana has taken a swipe at people who are moving heaven and earth to ensure that evil cankers like lesbianism and homosexuality are imposed on Ghanaians.

Speaking to some journalists in Kumasi, the Chairman of the Church, Apostle Abraham Amoh, described lesbianism and homosexuality as a canker affecting human minds to act negatively to God’s righteous order.

In this regard, Apostle Amoh entreated all faith-based organisations, civil society groups and pressure groups in the country to rise and join the crusade against the twin acts which he referred to as “demon imposed acts”.

He noted that as a nation that has its unique culture, norm, laws and religions which are respected by all, there is the need for the people to rise and fight against the imposition of any act which are inimical to the proper development of the nation.

Apostle Amoh wondered if countries like the United Kingdom do not allow polygamy because their people are against the practice. The Christ Apostolic Church Chairman called on all well-meaning Ghanaians to rise against any attempt by people self-seeking individuals and groups who would try to commit the country to ungodly and anti-social policies and practices.

On the issue of illegal mining, the Chairman said, after visiting the Western, Eastern, Brong Ahafo, Central and Ashanti regions, he is convinced that the issue has caused more ham to the nation than good.

Apostle Amoh expressed surprise that people look on while some nation-wreckers continue to degrade farmlands, forest and water bodies while society looks on unconcerned. He called on chiefs, opinion leaders and all and sundry to support the government’s resolve to stop the practice.
